Latest news:

Thank you for the wonderful feedback after the yoga workshop I ran with the lovely Joanne Gardner on Saturday, January 13th.

The email I sent to those who came along is here - it includes links to resources I drew on to build my sessions, as well as some of the comments from participants.

Joanne and I are now thinking about a date for another workshop - watch this space!

Why Yoga?

Flexibility, strength, calm and wellness are among the benefits of the ancient practice of Yoga.

More relevant than ever in our busy, pressured lives, Yoga creates your own sanctuary and space, promoting physical and mental health.

Based on the western edge of Cardiff, close to the South Wales valleys and Bridgend areas, my aim is to share the joy of Yoga with anyone who would like to feel better in body and mind.

Who can benefit?

Yoga is for everyone - whether you're more mature or young; whatever your shape, size or level of fitness.
Let me help you boost your personal wellbeing through Yoga.

My Yoga

I'm trained in the ancient Indian Rishikesh Yoga tradition and teach Gitananda Yoga. My training is at Yoga Satsanga Ashram in Carmarthenshire, West Wales.

Namaste.
