All-level Authentic Yoga workshop to boost energy, strength and calm

Saturday, January 13 2018 1.30-5.30pm. Miskin Manor Health Club, Pontyclun.

Everyone from beginners to experienced Yoga students are welcome at this workshop aimed at balancing and strengthening body and mind to leave you energised and calm.

Drawing on traditional Yoga practices, experienced teachers Joanne Gardner (Yoga Sage) and Amanda Powell will help you develop your Yoga postures and learn breathing techniques to settle the emotions.

 

My current weekly classes:

Nos Lun/Monday evenings:

Ioga yn y Gymraeg bob nos Lun am 6 o'r gloch yng Nghanolfan Gartholwg yn ystod tymhorau'r ysgol. 

Welsh language Yoga class, suitable for Welsh learners and fluent speakers, at Canolfan Gartholwg in Church Village. That's on Monday evenings during school term-time at 6pm. 

Tuesday evenings:

7-8pm at Miskin Manor Health Club, Groesfaen. Currently open to non-members for £10 per session.

One-to-one Yoga:

I'm also available for one-to-one Yoga sessions in the client's own home.

*This now includes pre-conception, pregnancy and mother-and-baby yoga.

My Yoga

I'm trained in the ancient Indian Rishikesh Yoga tradition and teach Gitananda Yoga. My training is at Yoga Satsanga Ashram in Carmarthenshire, West Wales.
