I'm delighted to announce I'll be running another afternoon of blissful yoga, suitable for all, on Saturday, April 28 in the glorious setting of Miskin Manor Health Club. Once again, it will be a joint workshop with another popular and experience yoga teacher and holistic wellbeing expert, Joanne Gardner. The feedback from the last two events has been amazing - take a look at some of the comments below.

You can either book tickets by following this link to Eventbrite, or pay Joanne or I directly. It's £37 for four hours of authentic yoga for all levels, including a wide range of asanas (postures), pranayama (yogic breathing) and finishing with a deep, nourishing relaxation.

My current weekly classes:

Nos Lun/Monday evenings:

Ioga yn y Gymraeg bob nos Lun am 6 o'r gloch yng Nghanolfan Gartholwg yn ystod tymhorau'r ysgol. 

Welsh language Yoga class, suitable for Welsh learners and fluent speakers, at Canolfan Gartholwg in Church Village. That's on Monday evenings during school term-time at 6pm. 

Tuesday evenings:

7-8pm at Miskin Manor Health Club, Groesfaen. Currently open to non-members for £10 per session.

(Note, I won't be taking the Miskin Manor classes in February, but teachers I can thoroughly recommend will be covering for me).

Wednesday mornings:

9.30-10.30am Postnatal Yoga at the Vale Resort, Hensol, Pontyclun (for gym members, including off-peak).

A class aimed at restoring the mother's body to full fitness after birth, including core exercises, pelvic floor work and neck and shoulder relaxation.

Pre-crawling babies are welcome to come along and for mothers of older children, the Vale creche is bookable in advance.

One-to-one Yoga:

I'm also available for one-to-one Yoga sessions in the client's own home.

*This now includes pre-conception, pregnancy and mother-and-baby yoga.

My Yoga

I'm trained in the ancient Indian Rishikesh Yoga tradition and teach Gitananda Yoga. My training is at Yoga Satsanga Ashram in Carmarthenshire, West Wales.
