Yoga offers the physical, mental and emotional strength and balance we all need and you can join my classes and sessions online or in person.

Online Yoga classes in English are every Wednesday 6-7pm. Click here to find out more and book - these classes are £5 per person.

After each online class, you'll receive a replay video for the following week - so you can carry on your practice as often as you like.

As well as general Yoga classes, I also offer pre-conception Yoga for individuals or couples; pregnancy and post-natal Yoga (which helps new mums rebuild themselves after giving birth).

My classes and teaching - what to expect

Whether you're a beginner or more familiar with Yoga, my sessions are suitable for everyone.* 

Using classic asanas (postures), yogic breathing (pranayama) and mindfulness, the aim is to leave you gently stretched, relaxed and balanced. 

People say they sleep well afterwards!

With regular practice, you'll find it promotes better health as you develop more flexibility, strength and calm.

You'll need a yoga mat, water close by, and optionally, a small cushion and blanket/something warm to wrap up in for relaxation.
