Yoga has brought me quietness, calm and wellness during a busy and sometimes stressful personal and professional life.

I discovered its benefits in 2001, and my aim now is to bring the joy of Yoga to other people.

You don't have to be young, flexible or a gym bunny (I am none of those), and it's ok to have pre-existing injuries (as long as you listen to your body and work within your own limits).
