Your sanctuary for body and mind

Using classical Indian yoga therapy learned from medical doctor Dr Ananda Balayogi Bhavanani Amanda (Anjali)’s expertise includes pre-conception, pregnancy and Yoga for new mothers.

Sessions might include:

*Yogic movements and postures (asanas) which can be adapted and even carried out sitting in a chair

*Yogic breathing techniques (Pranayama) to promote deeper calm and wellbeing

*Meditation (Dhyana)

* Sound Yoga to promote healing (Nada Yoga)

How can therapeutic Yoga help me?

If you can breathe, you can practise Yoga. 

There are lots of ways these sessions might help you. Here are just a few:

How much does it cost?

Personalised Yoga starts at £50 an hour and can either be at Amanda’s home studio in Creigiau, Cardiff or at your own home, by arrangement.

Do you live further away or even abroad? Then you can also book private sessions live over Zoom with a video recording to practise as much as you like afterwards.
